How to Transfer Inventory and Assets Between Forms

Web App

To Send Assets

1. Go to Transfer > Send.

2. Select the Origin and Destination from the location dropdown menus.

3. Search for a product by entering its barcode number or product name.

4. Enter the quantity to transfer, then click Add to add the item to the transfer list.

5. Once all items are ready, click Send.

To Send Bulk Assets

1. Go to Transfer > Send.

2. Select the Origin and Destination from the location dropdown menus.

3. Click Bulk Import and upload a CSV file with list of barcode and stock count.

4. Upload a CSV file. Download the CSV template and prepare it with your list of items.

5. Once all items are ready, click Send. 

To Receive In-Transit Assets

1. Go to Transfer > Receive.

2. Click View Details for the pending in-transit inventory.

3. Verify the stock quantity, then click Accept to transfer the items to the destination form.

Mobile App

To Send Assets

1. Go to Asset Transfer.

2. Select the Origin form and Destination form from the dropdown menus.

3. Tap Scan to Add to scan an item, or tap Search to Add to search by barcode number or text.

4. Select the item, enter the quantity to transfer, then tap Confirm to add it to the transfer list.

5. Once all items are ready, tap Send.

To Receive In-Transit Assets

1. Go to Assets Received.

2. Tap the View icon for the pending in-transit inventory.

3. Verify the stock quantity, then tap Accept to transfer the items to the destination form.
