GearAPP Inc. (gearchain.io and GEARCHAIN) [referred to as "we", "us" and "our"] is an independent IT consultancy specializing in Inventory Solutions, Cloud Service and Solutions. We offer various services to help you get the most from the cloud and to do so when you get in touch with us we need your personal information to help determine how we can best help you and to get back in touch with you. The privacy of our visitors to our solution and service is important to us. We recognize that privacy of your personal information is important. Here is information on what types of personal information we receive and collect when you use and visit us, and how we safeguard your information.

Once you submit one of the forms, our third-party data processor, Google Cloud processes your personal information for the purposes you choose to agree to on the form. Google Cloud securely stores and encrypts your information when at rest or transmitted over the internet and is only accessible by GEAR user accounts with two-factor authentication. Microsoft and/or Google processes your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and Terms. Those who pay for our services

Google APIs
The GEARCHAIN App’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to
Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
No Third-Party Data Sharing
We do not share your data with any third-party tools, including AI models.
What happens if you do not provide the personal information we request
If you do not provide some or all of the information requested we may not be able to use the service and/or inform you of news, reply to your query or fulfill your support request.
How long do we hold your personal information
Your personal information is held indefinitely until:
- You request your information to be deleted
- You request your information to be updated – old information is deleted when updated
- We receive notification from other people that you no longer want us to keep your personal information (we will endeavor to contact the individual concerned before proceeding with such changes)

Access to your information and correction
Please contact us to request access to your personal information. If you believe that any information we hold about you is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible, we will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect. Please allow up to 21 days for us to respond to your request.

Personal information that is held by our third-party data processors (mentioned above in How we collect and process your information) utilizes industry-standard secure server connections to ensure that your personal data is encrypted both at rest and when securely transmitted over the Internet.
