How to Edit Form Fields

To Edit a Form: 

1. (Available on Mobile & Web) Go to Settings > Form Settings

2. On mobile, tap the pencil icon. On web, click the three-dot menu and select Edit.

3. Add, edit, remove, or reorder form fields as needed.

4. Click Save when finished.

Note: If the form is connected to a spreadsheet, you may need to go to Export and sync it again to apply the updated form structure.

Duplicate a Form

1. (Available on Mobile & Web) Go to Settings > Form Settings.

2. Click the three-dot menu and select Duplicate.

3. GearChain will create a new form with the same form structure.

Delete a Form

1. (Available on Mobile & Web) Go to Settings > Form Settings.

2. Click the three-dot menu and select Delete.
